Ping.fm command which posts to your default status.
This command needs your Ping.fm user api key in order to work, so after you install it, go to http://ping.fm/key/, select your api key, and use the ping.fm-setkey command to set your api key (which should be done automatically if you have selected the text for your api key and write ping.fm-setkey). After that you can use the command ping.fm to post to your default status.
