Website TODO list

Mostly a way to test the notes section, but also a way of keeping up with what I still wanna do here:

• Add tags to these notes
• Add list of tags on a sidebar on /notes/ (don't forget to make it responsive)
• Test out syntax highlighting
• Add an RSS feed
